After trying a complimentary stretch session, I must say I was pleasantly surprised by how much better I felt! The practitioner, George, was incredibly friendly and really took the time to understand my needs. I went in looking for some stress relief, and I walked out feeling like a new person. The assisted stretching was tailored just for me, and it genuinely relieved the tension I had been carrying in my muscles. The atmosphere was calm and inviting, making it a perfect spot to unwind. I did notice that Google shows different hours than what I experienced, which could be a bit confusing, but honestly, that’s a minor detail compared to the amazing experience. If you’re looking to enhance your flexibility or simply relieve some stress, I highly recommend booking a session!

I wasn’t thrilled with my experience here in Houston. While George was patient and informative, I felt there was a lack of professionalism across the board, especially from the general manager. Communication could really use some improvement. I came in looking for that life-changing stretch experience, but the overall environment fell a bit flat for me. I believe they have potential, but they need to focus more on customer relationships to truly enhance the wellness journey for folks like me.
