I didn’t expect to walk out feeling more confused than when I walked in. I signed up for cryolipolysis, hoping to finally tackle those stubborn spots, but the whole experience felt a bit off. The staff seemed disorganized, and there was some miscommunication about my appointment time, which led to a lot of waiting. When we finally got the treatment underway, I felt like my questions were brushed aside. I really think they need to work on their communication skills to ensure clients know what’s happening at each step. All in all, I left feeling disappointed and unsure if I’d try this again. I truly hope they can tighten things up; this area deserves better service for such promising treatments.
