Star Physical Therapy Services

My experience at Star Physical Therapy Services was a bit of a mixed bag. I was there supporting my brother, who needed physical therapy for a sports injury. At first, I was really hopeful. The facility looked great and had a warm, welcoming vibe. However, as we spent time there, I started noticing some hiccups. The therapist he saw initially didn't seem to connect with him, and the interaction felt a bit rushed at times. It was really disappointing because I’ve heard such great things about this place. Fortunately, we transitioned to a different therapist, and that made all the difference. Alek was fantastic! He took the time to understand my brother’s needs and provided the personalized care I had hoped for. The manual therapy he received really helped alleviate some muscle discomfort. I just wished the earlier encounter had matched up to that level of professionalism. Overall, I think Star Physical Therapy has a lot of potential, but I do believe there’s room for improvement in patient interactions. I’d recommend checking it out, especially if you can get a therapist that truly resonates with you.
