St. Lazarus Family Practice, P.A.

I walked in hoping to find a new family doctor that I could trust, but I must say, my experience at St. Lazarus Family Practice wasn’t quite what I had anticipated. The waiting room felt welcoming enough, but the vibe shifted when I was met by the staff. For some reason, they didn’t seem very friendly, which was disappointing. I really appreciated one of the nurses who had a warm smile and was helpful, but the rest of the team could use a little refresher on customer service. After my appointment, I felt like there wasn't much follow-up or interest in my ongoing care, which made me question if this was the right place for me. I think if they could work on making the staff more approachable and responsive, it would go a long way in improving patient satisfaction. Unfortunately, I left feeling like I still need to keep looking for that perfect family doctor.

I walked in with high hopes of establishing a solid medical relationship at St. Lazarus Family Practice, but unfortunately, my experience was less than stellar. The office felt a bit chaotic, and I noticed that cleanliness wasn’t quite up to par, which was surprising given their reputation. I interacted with Dr. Contreras, and while he seemed knowledgeable, his approach came off as a bit cocky, which didn’t sit right with me. The staff, unfortunately, added to my disappointment; they were disorganized and at times, quite rude. I really wanted to find a place I could trust, but I left feeling frustrated. I think they could significantly benefit from improving their office atmosphere and training their staff. Here’s hoping they can turn things around.
