I went in hoping for a straightforward dermatology check-up, mainly for some skin tag removal. The staff was friendly enough, but when it came to billing, it became a headache. I found the communication very lacking—there seemed to be a lot of confusion about charges, and no one could clarify things when I asked. I was left feeling disappointed after dedicating my time for what I thought would be a smooth visit. It’s really essential for a clinic to have that part figured out, especially when so many of us are juggling life and health concerns. I really hope they can improve their billing communication and resolve issues quicker in the future. Otherwise, I don’t see myself returning anytime soon.
