I must say, my experiences with Spectrum of Hope have been a bit of a mixed bag. Initially, I was really hopeful about finding the right ABA therapy for my son. The staff seemed caring and knowledgeable, but I found the communication to be lacking at times, especially concerning placement follow-ups. It left me feeling a little disappointed and unsure about the next steps. I interacted with both Danielle and Courtney; while they were friendly, I sensed some impatience that didn't quite sit well with me. On the bright side, their therapy programs seemed well-structured and tailored toward helping kids develop crucial skills. Overall, I think they could really benefit from stepping up their communication and responsiveness to families. I'm still exploring options for my son, and I hope they can improve in these areas.
