After visiting for some much-needed relaxation, I left feeling more frustrated than refreshed. It seemed like there had been quite a few changes to the staff and management, and unfortunately, the service quality reflected that. I reached out a couple of times to get information about my appointment, but the responses were quite slow and unhelpful. It’s disappointing because I had looked forward to unwinding, but the lack of effective communication left me feeling undervalued as a customer. I hope they can improve their service and communication because the treatments have great potential!
