I didn’t expect my visit to be such a letdown. I popped in, hoping for some relaxation after a long week in New York, and was met with an atmosphere that felt more prickly than peaceful. The massage I booked was meant to be a stress relief, but the staff seemed rude and inattentive, which only added to my frustration. I left feeling a bit overcharged and definitely not relaxed. It would really benefit from some staff training on customer service. I wish I had a better experience, as I had high hopes for this place.

After my session, I felt like a new person! I went in for a full body massage, seeking some serious stress relief after a long week. The ambiance was inviting and the staff were incredibly friendly, making me feel right at home. Throughout the massage, I could feel the tension melting away, which was exactly what I needed. However, I'm a bit of a stickler for cleanliness, and I did notice that the bathroom could use a bit more attention, and perhaps they could enhance the overall scent of the place a little too. But all in all, it was an excellent experience that I'll be sure to repeat when I need to unwind again!

From the moment I walked in, I felt a wave of calm wash over me. The ambiance was perfect for relaxation, and I was pleasantly surprised by how attentive the staff were throughout my session. I left feeling rejuvenated and more centered than I have in ages. If you're in need of some serious stress relief, I can't recommend this place enough!
