I was really looking forward to my 4.5-hour Exhilarate spa package, hoping it would be the ultimate stress reliever. Rosalee and Leslie were both wonderful and clearly knowledgeable about their crafts, which made me feel at ease right away. However, I have to admit I left a bit disappointed. The massage was quite rough for my liking, and while I appreciate a good amount of pressure, I found myself tensing up instead of fully relaxing. Another downside was that my nails weren’t painted as thoroughly as I’d hoped. It’s the little details that really make a spa day feel special, and the polish quality didn’t quite meet my expectations, which was a bummer. Overall, I enjoyed the ambience and the initial services, but I think with a few tweaks, it could truly elevate the experience. I might consider giving it another shot, but with a different treatment plan next time.
