I was really looking forward to my recent spa appointment to celebrate my birthday, but unfortunately, I left feeling more disappointed than pampered. The atmosphere felt promising at first, with soothing music and inviting decor, but the service was where things fell apart. The staff seemed rushed and honestly a bit rude, which took away from the relaxing experience I was hoping for. I’ve visited places before where the staff is genuinely friendly and attentive, and that makes all the difference. I think it would really elevate their service if they focused on training the team to be more professional and courteous. For a getaway meant to rejuvenate, it was quite the opposite for me this time around.

I didn’t expect to feel so rejuvenated after my visit to Spa Luxe! I went in looking for some much-needed stress relief, and I certainly found it with Bee's amazing massage. She was so friendly and really took the time to ensure I felt comfortable and relaxed. After the session, I walked out feeling lighter and more at ease than I have in ages. Honestly, I would recommend Spa Luxe to anyone needing to unwind—definitely a gem in town!
