I think some text message reminders would definitely help keep clients informed, especially for someone like me who tends to forget appointments. A little more friendliness from the front desk staff would instantly elevate the experience. All in all, I left feeling physically better, but I was disappointed by the overall atmosphere due to the interactions I had. I think with a few changes, this place could truly shine.
