From start to finish, my recent visit to Spa HH left me feeling more frustrated than relaxed. I was looking for some stress relief, and while my massage was decent, I had a hard time enjoying it because of the confusion around the tipping policy and the usage of my Groupon. I stood at the front desk feeling unsure about how much to leave my therapist, especially since it wasn't clearly explained. The staff was nice but somewhat disorganized.
