I was pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere at Spa Haven, as it really felt like a little escape. However, I was disappointed with how the cancellation process was handled. I went in to cancel my membership due to some medical issues, and while the staff was friendly, I didn't feel like they completely understood the cancellation process. It would be great if the team could be better trained on this to avoid confusion in the future. I really appreciate the services when I was a member, so it’s a shame the exit experience didn't match.
