Upon entering, I had high hopes for a positive experience. Unfortunately, I found the level of compassion and professionalism lacking during my visit. I was seeking help for my fibroids and expected a more supportive environment. Dr. Bowie seemed knowledgeable but didn’t provide the personal touch I was hoping for; it felt rushed and impersonal. Interactions with the staff only added to my disappointment, as they came off as rather unprofessional. While I appreciate that healthcare can be busy, I really believe a little more care would go a long way. It’s so important for healthcare providers, especially in OBGYN services, to connect with their patients. I'm hopeful they can improve on this as I continue my journey towards better health.

I must say, my visit for women's health services in Sharpstown was a mixed bag. Dr. Bui was fantastic and really made me feel comfortable discussing my health concerns. Her professionalism stood out, and I felt like I was in good hands. However, the front office staff left a lot to be desired. They seemed a bit unprofessional, which was disappointing considering the quality of care from Dr. Bui. I really hope they can improve that aspect; it would make the whole experience so much better! Overall, I'm glad I chose this place, but there's definitely room for improvement. 🌼

What I loved about my experience was the attentive care during my pregnancy. Dr. Christie was truly a gem—she made every appointment feel less like a chore and more like a personal check-in. I always felt heard and respected, whether it was discussing concerns I had or simply enjoying the progress of my pregnancy. The staff was super helpful and competent, answering all my questions and comforting me when I was nervous. The overall environment was warm and welcoming, making the journey through maternity feel smooth and joyful. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!
