After my first appointment with a psychiatrist, I left feeling a bit disappointed. While Dr. Fanous was friendly, I couldn’t shake the feeling that the evaluation could have been more thorough before arriving at a diagnosis of depression. I appreciate the attention to my concerns, but I just wanted a deeper dive into my situation. I think having a clearer understanding from my psychiatrist would have made a world of difference. Maybe it was just a one-off experience, but more comprehensive assessments would definitely help in getting to the root of things. Hoping for better in future visits! 🤔

What amazed me was the depth of care offered by the therapists here. They really seem to understand their patients' needs. However, my experience with the front desk staff left much to be desired. I found their attitude to be a bit off-putting—unfriendly, and at times, dismissive when I needed to reschedule my appointment. It put me in a frustrating position, especially since I value mental health services so highly. Thankfully, the therapists were professional and understanding, making the visit worthwhile despite the initial hiccup. I genuinely hope the management addresses this front desk issue because the support provided by the psychiatry and therapy team deserves to shine without any distractions. If they can tighten up front desk interactions, this place would be practically perfect.
