I walked in expecting a smooth experience, especially with all the COVID testing going on in Phoenix, but boy was I disappointed. The staff at the front desk seemed more interested in their phones than helping patients. I get that everyone has off days, but a smile wouldn’t hurt! The testing itself went okay, but the initial interaction really left a sour taste. There’s so much potential here, especially given the need for good, reliable health services, but the attitude of the front desk staff definitely needs some work.

I’d heard so many tales about getting needles done—mostly horror stories, to be honest! So, I was nervous when I needed to use their needle service. But each time I walked in, the atmosphere was so pleasant, and the staff was incredibly friendly. I couldn't believe how pain-free the experience was! With all the fuss over COVID testing these days, it was refreshing to find a place that handles everything with such care. Seriously, if you need a quick test or a little prick, this is the place to go!

When I first walked into the lab in Deer Valley, I have to say, I was bracing myself for the usual awkwardness of getting blood drawn. But let me tell you, it was a breeze! The staff were so friendly and professional; they made me feel completely at ease. I couldn’t believe how painless the whole experience was.
