Sonesta Select Phoenix Camelback

I’d highly recommend Sonesta Select Phoenix Camelback for its potential, but my recent stay left a lot to be desired. The room itself was spacious, with two queen beds that looked inviting at first glance, and I appreciated the modern conveniences like the coffee maker and Wi-Fi. However, there were several maintenance issues that really took away from the experience. The air conditioning was spotty, and the bathroom needed a good scrub. I expected better cleaning services for the price I paid. The staff was friendly when I reached out, but unfortunately, they couldn’t resolve the issues quickly enough. I think with a bit more attention to room upkeep, this place could shine. For now, I hope they’ll address these problems because the concept is great, especially for couples looking for a getaway.
