It's disappointing because I wanted to focus on my health and leave with a sense of reassurance, but instead, I’m left dealing with an unresolved billing issue and a delayed refund. I really think they could improve customer service and communication regarding billing processes, especially for those of us who just want to take care of our health without added stress.
