I didn’t expect my experience at Solarius Spa to turn out this way. Initially, I went in for their tanning bed services because I wanted a little sun-kissed glow for an upcoming event. However, the communication from the staff was frustrating. After I decided to unsubscribe from their services, I felt completely ignored. There was no follow-up or explanation about the process, which left me feeling abandoned. Instead of a warm send-off, it turned into a confusing and discouraging situation. I believe they really need to improve their communication; it’s crucial for customer satisfaction. I left feeling rather upset and definitely won’t be returning.
