I walked into Sola Salons expecting a fresh new look, but I left feeling really disappointed. I had an appointment with Amy for a haircut, and unfortunately, it didn’t go as planned. The cut just didn’t turn out the way I’d hoped. The staff seemed a bit unhelpful when I tried to express my concerns, which made the experience even more frustrating. I really wanted this to work out, so I think a better response to feedback would be a great improvement. 🥴
