It wasn’t long after I began renting a suite in the Greater Heights area that I started feeling a bit frustrated. Initially, I was excited about having my own professional space, but my experience quickly turned sour due to a lack of management support. The facilities had some ongoing issues that remained unaddressed, which made my work environment less than ideal. I found the staff interactions to be unprofessional, which is definitely not what you want when you're trying to build a business. It's disheartening because I really wanted to love this space—it has great potential given its location in vibrant Houston. There is also a strong community of beauty professionals, but the management's inconsistent communication really dampens the overall experience. I believe they need to significantly improve their management and maintenance to truly support their community. For anyone considering a rental here, I would recommend doing some serious research beforehand.
