I didn't expect my visit to the drive-thru to leave me so frustrated. I swung by for my usual Açaí bowl and a smoothie, ready to indulge in those fruity flavors. But, honestly, the service was less than stellar—just felt so unprofessional. After a long wait, I was given the wrong order, and when I brought it up, the staff had an attitude like they were doing me a favor. The whole experience was a letdown, especially in a city like Columbus where there are so many great options. To make matters worse, the drive-thru looked a mess, which didn’t inspire confidence in their food cleanliness. I ended up having to ask for a refund—which, to be fair, they processed quickly—but the whole occasion left a sour taste. I really hope they step up their customer service and tidy things up, because I was looking forward to that Açaí deliciousness.

There's something about the Açaí bowls here that just hits the spot! I occasionally treat myself to one, and I have to say, the flavors are a total explosion of goodness. I tried the Açaí Cocoa Haze™ this time, and wow—rich açaí with that chocolate hazelnut drizzle? Yes, please! 🍫✨ The staff made me feel super welcome and friendly, which totally added to the vibe. Just a little heads up: the phone for contacting the manager seemed a bit wonky, but overall, I left with a smile and a satisfied tummy. Can't wait to come back for more deliciousness! ❤️

I was pleasantly surprised by the vibrant atmosphere in that smoothie spot right here in Columbus. Each time I stop by, I feel like I'm treating myself to something special. The smoothies are perfectly made, refreshing, and packed with flavor. I especially loved the PB Delight™, with its rich peanut butter drizzle and sweet berries. It's like a party in my mouth! On my last visit, Devante was super friendly and really took the time to help me choose the best option for a quick pick-me-up. Honestly, this place has turned into one of my go-to spots for a delicious and nutritious treat. Can't wait to come back and try more!
