I’d heard a lot about this dental practice in Dallas, so I was excited to schedule my appointment. Unfortunately, my experience was frustrating. I arrived on time, but the staff seemed unreliable and not on top of their game. After waiting, I was informed that my appointment had been mixed up. It felt unorganized and left me feeling disappointed. I think they need to seriously improve their appointment reliability to better serve their patients.
