I couldn’t believe how amazing my experience was at Slayyyed Beauty in Houston! I took my daughter there for a haircut, and from the moment we walked in, the vibe was so welcoming. Javon and Raye made us feel right at home, and their friendly demeanor put my daughter at ease immediately. They really knew how to work with her hair type, and the results were stunning! My daughter left with a hairstyle that made her look and feel like a little superstar. I couldn’t have asked for a better service for her. We’ll definitely be returning for more hair styling and perhaps some of their esthetic services. One thing I’ll never forget about my last visit was the high hopes I had for the silk press treatment. I walked in excited, ready to flaunt my newly styled hair, but 24 hours later, it felt like my hair had taken a vacation! The stylist seemed a bit rushed, and honestly, there wasn’t much communication throughout the appointment. It felt more like a chaotic assembly line rather than a pampering experience. I left feeling frustrated and underwhelmed, and honestly, I expected way more from the reviews I’d seen. If only they could manage their time a bit better and really connect with clients, I think things would turn around. For now, I’ll be looking elsewhere for my styling needs.
