Initially, I was a bit anxious about having my tattoo removed, but the experience turned out to be quite refreshing! The staff was incredibly professional and made me feel comfortable right from the start. I also opted for an eyelash lift, which gave my eyes a lovely pop! After the treatments, I felt renewed and couldn't help but admire how great my skin looked after a session in the water pods. My only suggestion for improvement would be a clearer refund policy, just to provide a bit more peace of mind. The massage itself was quite effective; I appreciated the cupping technique used to relieve the tightness in my upper back and shoulders. It definitely provided some much-needed relief! However, I did find the staff interaction a bit off-putting. While they were knowledgeable about the techniques, there was a defensiveness in their tone when I mentioned my preferences. I'd love to see them improve their customer service experience. Overall, the massage was great for my stress relief, but it left me wishing for a more welcoming environment.
