I decided to sign up for a membership after hearing great things from friends, and I was not disappointed. Jordyn was incredibly friendly and made me feel at ease during the sessions. After visiting for a laser facial in Carmel Valley, I left feeling a bit disappointed. I was really hoping for a rejuvenating experience, but the process was quite uncomfortable, and the staff didn’t seem very friendly. I understand that everyone can have an off day, but it felt like my concerns weren’t taken seriously. I heard about Skin Laundry in Carmel Valley, and since I’ve been dealing with pesky hyperpigmentation spots, I figured it was time to give their Signature Laser treatment a shot. The staff there is super friendly; they made me feel right at home, which is a huge plus! The procedure itself was pretty straightforward, but I’m not going to lie—the results have been a bit mixed for me. I did notice some improvement, but nothing too dramatic. I think it’s worth noting that they suggested I stay out of the sun more, which I totally get. Overall, my experience was decent, and I might try another treatment down the line, but I wouldn't say it's the miracle I was hoping for.
