Once I decided to treat myself to a skin peel at Skin Lab & Wellness Spa, I had high hopes for a fresh glow. Rhonda was professional and courteous, guiding me through the process with care. However, I was a bit disappointed with the communication. There were times when I felt left in the dark about what to expect. The service itself was good quality, but a bit more responsiveness would enhance the overall experience. I might return for another session, but I’d love to see some improvements in that area.

After my first experience with the Laser Lipo and Whole Body Vibration in San Antonio, I have to say I felt both relaxed and a bit disappointed. It was a great way to break up my workday and wind down during lunch—who doesn't love that? However, I ran into some issues with parking, which made the visit a bit stressful right from the start. Additionally, I found myself waiting longer than expected for my phone inquiries to be answered before I came in. Rhonda, the practitioner, was nice and professional during the treatment, but I do think they could improve on making communication more responsive and maybe even getting a better parking situation. Overall, it was nice for a quick stress-relief session, but there’s definitely room for improvement.
