When I visited this spa in San Jose, I was really looking forward to some much-needed relaxation and stress relief. I've been trying to incorporate regular massages into my routine, and the idea of a traditional Thai massage sounded perfect. However, I came away feeling quite disappointed. While the massage itself had its moments, the experience was marred by some unprofessionalism from the staff, particularly regarding tips. It felt more awkward than comforting, and that’s not what you want when you’re trying to unwind. I’d suggest that management run a train on professionalism and communication to enhance the overall experience. It's a lovely spot with great potential, but a little more attention to the guest experience would make all the difference.
