I have to say, my experience with the imaging services was a mixed bag. On one hand, I was pleasantly surprised to find out that my insurance was fully covered, which meant no out-of-pocket expenses for me. That was a huge relief! However, I did feel a little frustrated with the front desk staff during my visit. It seemed like they were not well-trained when it came to handling insurance queries, which added unnecessary stress to what should have been a straightforward process. I believe a bit more training could really enhance the experience for future patients. Overall, the imaging facilities were clean and modern, and the actual scanning process was efficient. I’d recommend this place for their services, but just be prepared for a potentially rocky start at the front desk.

After hearing so many great things about SimonMed in Phoenix, I finally decided to visit their Foothills Gateway Office Park location for some imaging. The staff was incredibly friendly, making me feel at ease from the moment I walked in.
