During my time at Signature Nails in Caruth Terrace, I was really looking forward to a relaxing day pampering my nails and toes, but it didn't quite hit the mark for me. While the atmosphere was inviting and the staff, including Diane, were incredibly friendly, I left feeling disappointed with the nail service. My nails didn’t turn out as well as I hoped—they lacked that polished finish you expect when you splurge on a pampering experience. I feel like maybe the technician just needed a bit more patience and attention to detail. I’ve had wonderful experiences at other places, so I know what to look for, and I wish Signature Nails could have met that standard. That said, I appreciate how pleasant the staff was and think they might just need to fine-tune their techniques a bit. I’d be open to giving them another chance in the future, especially since I also saw some great options for facials and massages!

I had no idea what to expect on my visit, but I was looking forward to a nice manicure and pedicure. Unfortunately, I left feeling disappointed. My nails were chipped and the service felt rushed, which was surprising given how often I treat myself to these services. The staff interaction wasn’t great either; it felt as though they were more focused on getting the job done than actually providing quality care. I really think they could improve by taking their time with customers and making sure to check in more during the process. I suppose I was hoping for more of a pampering experience, but it fell short this time around.
