After my visit, I was pleasantly surprised by the facial treatment I received. The staff was genuinely nice, making the experience enjoyable from the moment I walked in. I opted for a deep cleaning facial to address some skin concerns I've been having, and I was happy with the results, as my skin felt rejuvenated and clean. However, I did experience a slight reaction afterward, which made me think they should consider having better allergy management protocols in place for clients like me. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I'll definitely be back when I'm due for another treatment!
