I can't express how frustrating my experience was with the surgery coordination. I was feeling hopeful about finally undergoing a much-needed procedure, but the communication between the staff was noticeably lacking. I had multiple appointments scheduled, yet somehow, vital information got lost in the shuffle, which left me confused and worried. I interacted with several team members, and although some were friendly, others seemed unprofessional and dismissive of my concerns. It's just disappointing when you look forward to a service that could improve your well-being, only to feel let down. I genuinely think that improving communication among the staff could make a world of difference. With such vital services offered here, they really need to address these issues for future patients.
