There’s no place like Sherry's Sugar Shack when it comes to beauty services, but my recent experience with the lash tint left a lot to be desired. I was hoping for that perfect, polished look, but instead, I left feeling disappointed. The application felt rushed, and the dye seemed to be improperly prepped. Honestly, it would have been a lot better if they ensured proper dye removal before declaring the service done. Sherry's is well-known for their beauty treatments, so I believe a bit more attention to detail could really elevate their lash services. I’ve had better results in the past, and I’d love to see them improve on this aspect in the future.

The moment I walked in, I felt right at home. The staff were so friendly and made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. I tried the body sugaring for the first time, and I have to say, it was way more comfortable than I expected! I love that it’s a natural technique with less irritation. I’ll definitely be back for more treatments occasionally, it's really a game changer!

I wasn't really sure what to expect when I decided to treat myself to a lash lift. I've heard mixed reviews, but the idea of waking up with effortlessly gorgeous lashes was too tempting. Unfortunately, my experience didn’t go quite as planned. The esthetician seemed rushed and a bit unprofessional, which honestly put me off. I left feeling disappointed—not only because the lift wasn't what I expected, but also because I felt my concerns were brushed aside. I did, however, appreciate the owner's willingness to issue a full refund and apologize, which shows they care about making things right. But I think they definitely could benefit from improving staff training to enhance the overall experience. I might give it another shot in the future, but only if I hear they've made some changes.
