However, despite my hopes for stress relief, I did not experience significant sweating, which was a bit disappointing. I think there’s room for improvement in the effectiveness of the treatment—perhaps a more tailored approach could help get things going. The environment was friendly and welcoming, but as someone who occasionally indulges in these sessions, I really want that satisfying feeling of having had a thorough session. Overall, it was decent, but I’m hoping for a more powerful impact next time.
