She has this incredible ability to listen to what I want and turn it into something that just feels so right. Whether I’m looking for something sleek and professional or a more fun, tousled look, she always knows how to nail it. Not to mention, the atmosphere is just so welcoming and friendly! I love how everyone there feels like a friend. Oh, and I can't forget to mention the relaxing head massage while washing my hair—it’s like a mini-vacation every time!
