Since my visit, I've been reflecting on my massage experience in Sacramento. I was really looking forward to relaxing with a good massage, especially since I'm all about supporting local black women businesses. Kaelyn, my masseuse, had great techniques that initially felt very comforting. However, I was a bit disappointed with the communication and reliability during the booking process. It’s essential for me to feel valued as a customer, and I didn't quite get that here. I hope they can work on that aspect because the massage itself was really enjoyable. I’d love to come back if they improve their follow-up and schedule consistency!

I didn’t expect my experience to take such a turn. I had to cancel an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, but when I reached out, the customer service was anything but helpful. I felt like I was being bullied rather than supported, and to make matters worse, my request for a refund was denied. It's disappointing because I really wanted to love this place in Sacramento, but with such poor treatment, I can't see myself returning or recommending it to anyone.

I’ve always loved the services offered here, but I recently ran into a frustrating situation with rescheduling an appointment. I had to cancel unexpectedly and was disheartened to find out that I couldn’t reschedule without facing a fee. I felt like it would be great if they could consider waiving that cancellation fee under certain circumstances, especially since things happen and we might need to change plans sometimes. The interaction with the staff about this was less than helpful, which added to my frustration. I just hope there can be some flexibility in the future because I do enjoy the offerings when I’m able to visit.
