I didn’t expect my experience to be hit or miss, but that’s how it turned out during my recent makeup consultation. I was hoping to nail down the perfect concealer shade and maybe pick up some new foundation, but the vibe was a bit off. While Raul was super helpful and gave me some great tips, Kathy seemed a little impatient and condescending, which honestly took away from my experience. I really think she could improve her technique and just be a bit more patient when working with clients. I did leave with a concealer that I love and an additional foundation, but I wish the whole visit had felt more supportive. 😕 Overall, I’d suggest going for Raul if you can, but I’d like to see Kathy step it up a bit in the future!
