I was really looking forward to my makeup appointment at Sephora, especially since I had a special occasion coming up. However, upon arriving, I found out my appointment had been canceled without any prior notice. I felt quite disappointed because I had planned my day around this. The staff didn’t handle it very professionally, which only added to my frustration. It would have been great if there was better communication and more accountability for their appointments. I still love shopping there for products, but I hope they improve their customer service in the future.

Before leaving the Sephora in Bay Ridge, I had hoped to find the perfect makeup shade for my skin tone, but I left feeling quite disappointed. The color matching experience just didn’t meet my expectations. The staff was friendly enough, but their enthusiasm seemed lacking, and it felt like they weren't fully attentive to my needs. I really wanted some guidance, but the process felt rushed and impersonal. If you’re heading there for makeup consultations, I’d suggest they work on being more engaging with customers. It could truly enhance the shopping experience!

After trying out a skincare consultation at Sephora, I can genuinely say I've noticed a huge difference in my skin! Jae was super helpful and really took the time to tailor the advice to my needs. I loved how she explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. The products she recommended have worked wonders. My skin feels so fresh and radiant now. I can’t recommend them enough for anyone looking to level up their skincare game!
