I walked in with high hopes after hearing great things about their skin treatments. I was eager to try out the Cool-Sculpting consult and a couple of facials. Unfortunately, my experience fell flat. It felt like there was a serious lack of customer care—almost like I was an afterthought. While I did get my treatments, the atmosphere was more stressful than soothing, which is the opposite of what you want when you're focusing on self-care. I also noticed that the staff could use a bit more training; I had some doubts about the expertise of the person handling my procedures. For something as important as skin health, I expect licensed professionals who prioritize safety and quality. Overall, I left feeling disappointed, especially when it comes to how I deserve to be treated as a customer. I really hope they ramp up their customer service or hire more qualified aestheticians in the future.

I initially went in for a facial skin consult, really eager to get started on improving my skincare routine. I had high hopes of coming out with a glowing complexion and plenty of knowledge about how to maintain it. Unfortunately, the experience left me a bit disappointed. While I did walk away with the OBAGI skin care regimen, it took longer than expected, and I felt left in the dark about how to properly use the products. The communication from the staff was lacking, leaving me with more questions than answers. I think they really need to work on their wait times, and also ensure that everyone feels informed during their visit. Honestly, it was a letdown given how much I had looked forward to this session.
