Without question, my experience here was exactly what I needed. I’ve always loved treating myself to a little skin and body refresh, and this place exceeded my expectations. Lilia was so incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home from the moment I stepped in. The skin and body refresh service was truly rejuvenating—my skin felt fresh and glowing afterward! I appreciated how she customized my treatment to target areas I felt needed a little extra love. It’s become a special treat for me, and I'm already looking forward to my next session!

However, my excitement quickly turned to frustration when I found out I'd been switched to a different injector than the one I had previously used. I had hoped for some consistency, especially since I've been wanting cosmetic treatments for a while now. It really threw me off my game. While Alicia was lovely, I wish they'd make it a point to keep the same injector for each visit, as it’s crucial for a smooth experience. Overall, I left feeling less confident than I had hoped, and I think improving privacy in the process could help as well.

I must say, my experience with the eyelash extension service was a total game-changer! Karina was so friendly and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the whole process. The lashes turned out absolutely stunning—just the right amount of drama without being over-the-top. They have lasted way longer than I expected, and I can't stop getting compliments on them!
