There was this strange unevenness that looked more damaging than revitalizing. I had hoped for better communication about the process and perhaps a bit more care in assessing my hair's condition. The staff seemed a bit unprofessional, which didn't help the situation. I know hair coloring can be tricky, especially with fragile strands, so I expected a bit more guidance and a clearer discussion about what was achievable. While I appreciate the effort, I walked away feeling dissatisfied rather than rejuvenated. It’s such a bummer when the anticipation for a nice treat turns into frustration, so I just hope they can improve in their customer service and maybe refine how they handle consultations.
