I’ve been looking forward to indulging in a relaxing spa day, especially after hearing such great things about their massages. However, my experience left me feeling a bit underwhelmed. The massage I received as part of the 'Best of Both Worlds' package was enjoyable, but the overall atmosphere felt lacking. The staff didn’t come off as very welcoming, which was surprising. I was hoping for a more inviting vibe, especially in a place known for wellness. Additionally, the facial treatment I scheduled didn’t meet my expectations; the communication about what to expect was minimal, which left me feeling a bit lost. I really think they could benefit from enhancing the quality of their facial services and improving staff engagement. It’s a shame because I genuinely wanted to leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. I might give it another shot in the future, but I’d definitely recommend checking a few other spots first.

I’ll never forget the time my partner and I decided to treat ourselves to a couple’s massage. We were really looking forward to some relaxation and stress relief, especially after a long week! 😊 However, things didn’t quite go as planned. When we arrived, we were greeted with confusion instead of calm. Apparently, there was a last-minute cancellation of our reservation, and we were left standing there feeling pretty frustrated. The staff seemed quite overwhelmed and though they apologized, it felt like they could use a bit more management support to handle situations like this better. A little follow-up communication or a proactive approach could have really turned our experience around. We ended up getting drinks instead, so the evening wasn't entirely a wash, but I do hope they work on improving their booking system. After all, when you're looking to unwind, the last thing you want is to feel like just another task to juggle. Here’s hoping for better experiences next time! ❤️
