After my session with Genevieve, I walked away with a lovely hair trim that definitely had me feeling more put together. She was incredibly knowledgeable about both the keratin treatment and hair care, sharing tips that made me think my hair woes were about to be a thing of the past. However, I was a bit disappointed when the pricing didn't match what I had seen on the website. It felt a little frustrating to see a discrepancy, especially after expecting a different experience based on those details. If they could get those small things sorted out, I'd be back for another trim and treatment in a heartbeat!

Every time I visit a salon for my curly hair, I hope for a little magic, but this time, I left feeling more frustrated than ever. I went in for a curly girl haircut and styling, wanting to maintain my curls and the shape of my haircut. Unfortunately, it seemed like the stylist didn't quite understand the intricacies of curly hair. The cut was uneven and the styling felt rushed, which left my hair looking more messy than defined. I also had a bit of a surprise at the checkout—there wasn’t any clear communication about payment methods beforehand, which was annoying. While it's clear that curly hair requires specialized techniques, I didn’t feel like those were utilized here. A more professional approach and some additional training on styling methods for curls would be greatly appreciated. I really wanted this to be my go-to spot for maintaining my curls, but it just didn’t work out this time.
