After visiting for a family yoga workshop in Santa Fe, I can't stop smiling! Lara was an incredibly warm and friendly instructor who made everyone feel right at home. We shared laughs, moved together, and truly embraced the joy of family time through yoga. It was exactly what we needed for stress relief.
