After just a few visits, I thought I’d found a place for my birthday haircut. I was really excited, but unfortunately, it didn’t go as planned. Lindsay seemed a bit distracted during my appointment, multitasking rather than focusing on my hair. The cut turned out to be uneven, which was pretty disappointing. I get that it's tough to juggle multiple clients, but for something as personal as a haircut, I'd love to see more attention to detail. I went in with high hopes and left feeling like I could have done better with a pair of scissors myself. I'd suggest that they work on ensuring their stylists have the time to dedicate to each client, especially for a special occasion. ❤️
