I didn't expect much when I went in for a UV gel manicure, but I was looking for some serious nail enhancement. While the nails turned out hard and shiny, which is a plus, the vibe at the front desk left me feeling a bit underwhelmed. The staff weren't exactly the friendliest bunch, which took away from the overall pampering experience I was hoping for. If they could just add a sprinkle of warmth to the welcome, it would totally elevate the whole experience!

The moment I walked in, I was hopeful for a relaxing experience, but my excitement quickly faded. I decided to treat myself to a chair massage and a basic manicure, thinking it would be the perfect way to unwind. The massage was alright, but the staff interaction left a lot to be desired. I felt like I was bothering them rather than being a valued customer. When it came to the manicure, I was disappointed—my nails didn’t get the attention they needed, and the shaping was rushed. I left feeling frustrated rather than pampered. I really think they need to focus on staff friendliness and improve their nail care services to keep clients coming back. I could have easily gone somewhere else where I felt more appreciated and received better care.

One thing I was really looking forward to was a relaxing chair massage to help me unwind, but I walked away feeling more stressed than when I went in. The staff seemed unfriendly, almost as if I was an inconvenience. I get that sometimes places can be busy, but a little warmth goes a long way! To make matters worse, the therapist didn’t seem experienced or attentive at all. It just felt rushed, and I didn’t even receive the service I needed. Honestly, if they want to keep customers coming back, they should really consider improving the quality of their therapists and perhaps some training on customer service for management. I won't be returning anytime soon. 😔
