While I was excited to try out a new hair coloring service, my experience was unfortunately less than stellar. I had hoped for some beautiful highlights, but what I ended up with felt rushed and uninspired. There was definitely some damage to my hair, which left me feeling frustrated. I think a little more attention to detail in the coloring techniques would go a long way. Plus, better communication with the staff would have really improved my visit. It’s a bummer because I was really looking forward to it! I’d suggest they work on their consultation process and maybe invest in some staff training for coloring techniques. 😕
