From the start, I was excited to explore everything this place had to offer. Walking through the door, I was greeted with a great selection of hair care products, plus plenty of options for makeup and nail art. However, I couldn’t shake the feeling of unease due to the homeless individual lingering outside the store. It was disappointing because the interior was inviting, but that outside presence cast a shadow on my experience. I hope they find a way to address this so that everyone can enjoy the space comfortably.

To say I’m disappointed would be an understatement. I was hoping for a more welcoming experience when I stopped by for some hair care products. Not only did I find the staff to be a bit unhelpful, but it also felt like there was a lack of diversity in the team, which is something I think is really important.
