I have to say, my recent trip to Gardena left me feeling a bit frustrated. I stopped by to check out some beauty products and hair care options, especially interested in trying the GVP® hair care line that I'd heard so much about. However, I found myself wandering the aisles with little to no assistance from the staff. Two employees were nearby but were surprisingly dismissive, leaving me feeling a bit lost. I think it would really help if they improved their customer service training—just a little more engagement would go a long way! While I did manage to find some Sally Beauty products for my nails, it wasn't the best shopping experience. I’d love to see better customer support next time I visit.

Plus, their selection of affordable, salon-quality products is impressive. I'm excited to try out the GVP® hair care line they suggested. A solid visit overall—definitely my go-to for all things hair!

I must say, my trips to the store in Gardena are always a quick stop when I need beauty essentials. The variety of hair care and nail products is pretty solid for everyday needs; I usually find what I'm looking for. However, there have been times when I've wished for a bit more variety in their offerings, especially for specific hair treatment products. Still, it’s reliable for my hair color and basic beauty supplies. Plus, who can resist that vibe? Definitely a go-to for quick shopping!
