After spending time at Sala Nails & Spa in Thunderbird Commons, I have mixed feelings. The first gel manicure I had was fantastic—my nails looked flawless and the staff, especially Nathan, were super friendly. However, I’ve been back a couple of times and noticed that the polish application could use some improvement; it wasn't as neat as I expected. Even worse, the drying process seemed rushed, leaving me with smudges. It’s such a lovely spot for a midday escape, and with a little more attention to detail on their polish application, they’d really nail it. Overall, I'm hopeful for my next visit!
